Rules and conditions of participation:
Hotel Faro, based in Hotel Faro - Praça D. Francisco Gomes, Nº 2, 8000-168 Faro will undertake, between August 15th and September 15th 2019, an online contest aimed for the general public, named “Visit Faro”, which obeys the following conditions:
1. CONTEST RANGE
The contest is intended for all individuals resident in the United Kingdom and Ireland, during the duration of the contest, with a minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years old.
2. PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION
The contest will run from August 15th until 23:59:59 hours of September 15th 2019.
3. MAIN GOAL
The contest aims to promote the brand Hotel Faro.
4. FORM OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in this contest, those interested will have to have a Facebook and/or Instagram plus an email account, complete the form, submit it and confirm the Newsletter subscription.
5. WINNER
The selection of the winner will be made by the Promoter, that will choose the most creative answer to the question “Why would you like to visit Faro?”
6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
Prize to be awarded to the winner: 2 nights, for 2 people in a Double Room, which can be used between the 16th of September 2019 and the 31st of March 2020 (excluding Reveillon), subject to availability.
Notes:
The prize cannot be replaced by another or exchanged for cash.
7. PUBLICATION OF WINNER
The winner will be contacted by the PROMOTER via the email that is provided for the Newsletter subscription, requesting his personal information (full name, phone number and date of birth) for the purposes of delivering the prize. The name of the winner will also be published on Hotel Faro’s Facebook and Instagram page, up to 15 days after the expiry of the contest.
8. AWARD
The winner will be contacted by Hotel Faro through the e-mail (social@hotelfaro.pt) to schedule the date of the prize won.
9. ADVERTISING THE CONTEST
Advertising of the contest will be done on the official Facebook and Instagram page of Hotel Faro, and on the official website of Hotel Faro (www.hotelfaro.pt).
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
10.1. Participation in the contest is based upon full acceptance of this regulation, with the changes, attachments and additions that, at any time and without prior notice, will be introduced by Hotel Faro and advertised in Official Facebook and Instagram pages or official website of Hotel Faro (www.hotelfaro.pt).
10.2. Hotel Faro reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the competition if required. Any of the participants, that participate in the contest on the basis of false information, will be automatically deleted.
10.3. In case of any situation not foreseen in this regulation, Hotel Faro reserves the right to make any modification in this contest, as well as extending it or suspend it without notice.
10.4. Hotel Faro is not responsible for any copyright violations or other practices by the participants under this promotion.
10.5. Personal data of the winner will be entered in a computer file of Hotel Faro, based in Hotel Faro - Praça D. Francisco Gomes, Nº 2, 8000-168 Faro, and will be used for the purpose of this contest as well as in the future, exclusively for correspondence, electronic messages or promotional offers. The winner can use his right to access his account, change or delete his/her data provided and can do this in person, by email to (hotel.faro@hotelfaro.pt) or by writing to the address above. Hotel Faro’s workers and their family, are not allowed to participate in this contest. Participants may request clarifications about the contest by sending a private message on Hotel Faro’s Facebook page or by sending an email to (hotel.faro@hotelfaro.pt). Omissions in this regulation will be solved by Hotel Faro and no appeal can be presented.
