Booking Policies/Conditions:
From November to March (excluding December 22nd to January 2nd, 2024, and March 22nd to March 31st, 2024):
- Payment can be made at Check-In.
- In case of cancellation 48 hours before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the check-in date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
From April to May and October (excluding April 1st to April 6th, 2024):
- Payment can be made at Check-In.
- In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 5 days before the check-in date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
June and September, plus December 22nd to January 2nd, 2024, and March 22nd to April 6th, 2024:
- Payment can be made at Check-In.
- In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the check-in date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
July to August and September/2024:
- Payment can be made at Check-In.
- In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
- In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the check-in date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay.
